Who is responsible
kushynova.com is Tetiana Kushynova's personal site, Maison Kushynova. The site is in English, Swedish and Ukrainian.
Hrafninn Industries AB, organisation number 559503-0023, Kungsbacka, Sweden, is responsible for personal data on this site. You can reach us at tetiana@kushynova.com.
What we collect and why
You do not need to give us any information to read the site, and you do not need to accept statistics. When you open a page, technical data is still processed to show and protect it, see below. If you want a reply to an email, you must give an email address.
The site is static. It has no forms, no accounts and no login. To contact us you use an email link.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name and what you write. We use that to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the email concerns a collaboration or a contract, the basis is that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Email to tetiana@kushynova.com is received by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Email Routing), which forwards it to our inbox with an email provider.
Material that belongs to a collaboration is accounted for under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. The basis for keeping it is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the page and protect it, Cloudflare sees your IP address and technical details of the request: the page address, the time and your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes this data for us.
Fonts, images and scripts are part of the site and are not loaded from any other service. The site itself does not set cookies. The only cookies that can be set are Google's, and only if you have said yes to statistics.
The site stores two items in your browser's local storage:
- tk_consent: your choice about statistics, and when you made it.
- tk_lang: the language you chose.
The basis for both is our legitimate interest in remembering your choices (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Neither is sent on to Google or Cloudflare.
Visit statistics
We count visits only after you say yes. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the Electronic Communications Act. If you press Decline, or if you do not answer, nothing is sent to Google or to Cloudflare Web Analytics.
When you press Accept, two tools load:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). The page address, the time, your device type, your browser and an approximate location based on the IP address are sent to Google. Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id>. Google's advertising and personalisation signals are switched off. According to Google, IP addresses are not stored in Analytics 4. Analytics keeps the data for at most 14 months.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
You can change your choice at any time through the link “Statistics settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, Google's cookies are removed, and neither Google Analytics nor Cloudflare Web Analytics loads on your next page view. Withdrawal does not affect visits counted before it.
Recipients
Cloudflare receives data to host the site, to handle email sent to tetiana@kushynova.com and, if you have accepted statistics, to count visits. Google receives statistics only after you have accepted. No one else receives your data. We do not sell your data.
The links to Instagram and TikTok are ordinary links. When you click one, you leave this site, and their own terms apply.
Transfer to the United States
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The European Commission decided on 10 July 2023 that the framework gives an adequate level of protection. The transfer is based on that decision.
How long we keep your data
- Email that does not lead to a collaboration is deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact.
- Material that belongs to a collaboration is kept for as long as the bookkeeping rules require (7 years).
- tk_consent is kept in your browser for 12 months.
- tk_lang stays until you clear your browser.
- Google Analytics keeps data for at most 14 months.
- Cloudflare keeps technical request data for as long as needed to deliver and protect the page, under Cloudflare's own rules.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can ask for a portable copy of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email tetiana@kushynova.com.
We make no automated decisions, and we do not profile you.
Right to object
Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object for reasons that concern your own situation (Article 21 GDPR). Email tetiana@kushynova.com.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.
